Michael began investigating “why children are not learning to read” in 1995 after his retirement from U.S. Foodservice and launched several literacy consulting and professional development companies. Mary Doe Donecker
Mary Doe is Vice President, Training and Client Implementations for Step By Step Learning. As Vice President, she is responsible for operations, which includes all client implementations and the scheduling, training and certification of the Company’s team of consultants. Like her fellow consultants, Mary Doe also has in-classroom teaching experience in reading and writing, and teacher professional development.
